The ITTF Executive Committee agreed that given the various challenges and some recent difficulties in the ITTF, it is time to call and hold the AGM at the earliest time possible.
Interest to host and stage the 2021 AGM and related events has been opened. Submission of interest to host the AGM is due by March, 31st and a final bid due by the end of April with the announcement in May. The ITTF, due to COVID-19, is expecting to hold the AGM in a hybrid model with attendees both on and off-site but is committed to trying its best to make it a full physical meeting.
As the 2021 ITTF Annual General Meeting also includes elections for the positions of President, Executive Vice-Presidents, and Board of Directors, the ITTF Nominations Committee will develop a set of electoral rules.
Interested parties to host the AGM can submit its “Expression of Interest” to [email protected].
Note the deadline to receive an expression of interest is 23:59 CET on Wednesday 31st of March.
