In fact Eliska Stullerova and Laura Vinczeova had secured the cadet girls’ team title the previous day owing to the absence of the combination formed by Algeria’s Melissa Belache and Morocco’s Doha El-Fahmi.
Notably they finished proceedings ahead of colleagues Ema Cincurova and Dominika Wiltschova; they concluded their itinerary by recording a 3-0 success in opposition to the host nation’s Meryem Berrede and Sofia Regragui, the Moroccans finishing in third place.
An emphatic finish for Ema Cincurova and Dominika Wiltschova, it was the very same in the junior girls’ team competition by Ema Labosova and Ivona Petric. Similarly in a group organised event, they recorded a 3-0 win in opposition to Egypt’s Arwa Hassan and Hend Fathy.
Ema Labosova gave her team the ideal start by beating Arwa Hasan (11-5, 11-9, 9-11, 11-5), before Ivona Petric extended the advantage with victory in opposition Hend Fathy (11-9, 12-14, 3-11, 13-11, 11-6). The contest closed with Ema Labosova and Hend Fathy recording a straight games doubles win (11-9, 11-6, 11-9).
Third place finished in the hands of the combination formed by the Czech Republic’s Martina Novakova and India’s Manushree Patil; in their concluding contest they recorded a 3-2 win in opposition to the partnership formed by Lebanon’s Jennifer Khayat and Claire Picard of France. Notably in the contest that brought the event to a conclusion, Claire Picard beat both Martina Novakova 7-11, 11-4, 11-9, 11-5) and Manushree Patil (11-9, 11-6, 12-14, 11-7).
Team events concluded, the individual events commence; play ends in Agadir on Sunday 16th June.
