Male and Female Para Table Tennis Star nominees announced

Presented by Tinsue, the nominees for Male Para Table Tennis Star are:

……….Laurens Devos (Belgium): the youngest ever table tennis gold medallist at a Paralympic Games when he won the Men’s Singles Class 9 title in Rio de Janeiro earlier this year.

……….Feng Panfeng (China): gold medallist in Beijing and London in Men’s Singles Class 3, at the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games he won for the third consecutive time; in addition he won the Men’s Team Class 3 title for a second consecutive time.

……….Peter Rosenmeier (Denmark): Rio 2016 Paralympic Games Men’s Singles Class 6 gold medallist; it is a feat he also achieved in 2008 in Beijing.

Female Para Table Tennis Star presented by Stag International:

……….Liu Jing (China): success in Rio de Janeiro in Women’s Singles Class 1-2 and Women’s Team Class 1-3, meant she captured both titles for a third time.

……….Sandra Paovic (Croatia): Beijing 2008 Olympian, on her Paralympic Games debut, she won Women’s Singles Class 6 in Rio de Janeiro.

……….Xue Juan (China): gold medallist in Women’s Singles Class 3 and Women’s Team Class 1-3 at the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games; winner of Women’s Singles Class 3 at China Para Open.
