The morning session of day 2 brought yet another thrilling encounter, this time in the Women’s Teams Group 4 clash between Chile and USA. It was a nail-biting showdown, with Paulina Vega emerging as the hero for Chile with a decisive 3-2 victory over Jessica Reyes Lai of the USA team. This hard-fought win marks Chile’s second triumph of the tournament, following their earlier victory over Team Algeria.

 

 


England Men’s Triumph in Close Encounter Against Team Kazakhstan

England’s men emerged victorious against Team Kazakhstan in what turned out to be a closely contested match. In a closely contested match, Gaia Monfardini secured a hard-fought victory for Team Italy, gracefully sealing their win over Puerto Rico. With this triumph, Italy dashed Puerto Rico’s hopes of a victorious start here in Busan, while securing their first win after a loss to the home team, Korea Republic yesterday.

Day 2 action is heating up at BEXCO! After a tough opening defeat to Team Singapore yesterday, the Brazilian Men’s Team comes back swinging with a commanding 3-0 win over Team Canada. Following suit was the Women’s Team, who overcame Team South Africa 3-0, showing their strength on the table.
