The field is set for this year’s ITTF World Hopes Week & Challenge in Amman, Jordan. With the final qualification tournaments completed and the Wild Cards announced, the 40 Hopes players participating have been decided.

From 8-14 December, Amman will be the center of the global Hopes world, with more players than ever coming together for a week of training that will conclude in the World Hopes Challenge. Following on, participants will have the opportunity to be selected for the Hopes Squad, which will offer more opportunities to train together, along with a chance to be selected for the ITTF Hopes Team.

The training camp will be led by Head Coaches Eva Jeler (AUS) and Zoltan Batorfi (HUN), assisted by Pacinthe Osman (EGY), Matilda Ekholm (SWE) and Ahmed Al-Mohannadi (QAT), along with the ITTF High Performance team, who will also form the evaluation panel.

The practical training sessions will be complemented by educational sessions, as is traditional for the Hopes program, offering training and education not only to the Hopes players, but also their coaches.

See you in Amman!
