Ping pong prince of the Pacific is yet to be dethroned, sibling rivalry strikes.

Yoshua Shing and Sally Yee have taken out the Men’s and Women’s Singles titles this at the 2018 Pacific Cup in Port Villa, Vanuatu.

Hometown hero Yoshua Shing showed why he is the ping pong prince of the Pacific, defeating Geoffrey Loi 4-1 to take the title. It is Shing’s sixth Pacific Cup title and his third in a row.

Meanwhile in the Women’s Singles event it was an all Fiji affair as sisters Sally and Grace Yee fought it out for the title. Grace had the better start, racing to a 0-3 lead. But Sally was able to pull off a remarkable comeback to win 4-3 and take the title for the first time, ending Grace’s two year streak.
