I am very happy to play for Borussia and hope to do my part in a successful team but I would also like to thank the people in charge in Bremen, Sascha Greber and Cristian Tamas, for a great time. I felt very comfortable there.

I feel great and excited to join such a great club with history. It is club with a huge fans base. I am very happy to join the great team because I have a good friendship with Timo Boll, who is a good person outside the table. I hope I can add my quality to the team and I hope to use my presence in the team to open doors for more Africans and Aras to feature in the league.”
