Three topics will be in focus: High Performance, Health and Innovation plus Sport Sciences. The conference aims to foster discussions on interdisciplinary perspectives on health and racket sports.

Keynote speakers will be leading experts in their fields, whether in the different racket sports or scientific disciplines; examples are sport and exercise psychology, sports pedagogy and sports medicine.

Notably, World Champion and honorary Doctor at the Halmstad University, Jörgen Persson, will be joining the conference to lead a technical and tactical development workshop.

The conference will be held in English just prior to the 2018 Liebherr World Team Table Tennis Championships in Halmstad Arena.
