Alexey Liventsov will attempt to seal first position in his Men’s Singles qualifying group, with the Russian competitor taking on Tibor Spanik of the Slovak Republic in the final Group 2 encounter.

Both players came out on top without conceding a game to Czech opponent Patrik Klos on the first qualification day, setting up what is ultimately a direct play-off for top spot in the group.

Another exciting fixture to keep an eye on sees Brazil’s Thiago Monteiro and Iran’s Amin Ahmadian battle it out in Group 9, while down in Group 32 Austria’s Andreas Levenko and Belgian rival Florian Cnudde face one another to decide who wins the group and who is restricted to a second position finish.

Ukraine’s Solomiya Brateyko is just one win away from securing top spot in Group 18 of the Women’s Singles qualifying event, but she will have to be at her best to achieve that feat as she meets Sweden’s Tilda Johansson in the group finale.

There is an intriguing tie in Group 28 as Debora Vivarelli faces Alina Nikitchanka with first place up for grabs.

The Italian and Belarusian competitors head into the match off the back of two victories which they achieved on the opening day of the qualification tournament, and both players will be determined to extend their stay in Czestochowa.

Both the Under 21 Men’s Singles and Under 21 Women’s Singles competitions also feature in Thursday’s action, while the Men’s Doubles and Women’s Doubles events commences.
