Title sponsor of the ITTF World Tour, Seamaster has now extended its support to coaching; the company will provide full hospitality for 25 young players to attend the China Table Tennis College in Shanghai, an ITTF Academy status International Training Centre.

Organised under the auspices of the ITTF Development, Education and Training Programme, the Seamaster 2017 ITTF Training Camp will be held from Monday 26th June to Tuesday 4th July.

Proceedings will be conducted by coaches from the Chinese Table Tennis Association and the China Table Tennis College.

“This is the first of several projects where Seamaster will assist with ITTF Dream Building through ITTF Education, Training and Development Programmes; these projects will include high level elite training camps focusing on our young players, as well as support at the base level for the four new ITTF members, that have applied for ITTF membership in 2017. Seamaster’s commitment to ITTF as a sponsor of World Tour is well known but the commitment of Seamaster and Frank Ji personally to Corporate Social Responsibility through these projects is also greatly appreciated by ITTF and the beneficiaries”, Glenn Tepper, ITTF Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Notably the dates have been chosen in order to coincide with the Seamaster ITTF World Tour Platinum, China Open which will be staged in Chengdu from Tuesday 20th to Sunday 25th June and the China Junior and Cadet Open, an ITTF Golden Series Junior Circuit tournament, to be held in Taicang from Wednesday 21st to Sunday 25th June.

The closing for applications for national associations is Wednesday 10th May; for individuals it is Saturday 20th May.
