The closing date for receipt of propositions and resolutions is 23.59 hours (Central European Time) on Monday 21st January 2019. Please note that changes to the Constitution and Laws of Table Tennis are considered at the Annual General Meeting; proposed changes to other regulations by the Board of Directors.
It is a requirement that propositions are submitted on the “Proposition and Resolution” form.
They must be worded with the precise text for any addition or amendment to any rule or regulation; direct reference must be made to the relevant subject matter that is being addressed.
Important dates are as follows:
2019 Annual General Meeting and Board of Directors: closing date for receipt of propositions and resolutions: Monday 21st January 2019
2019 Annual General Meeting: Monday 22nd April 2019
2019 Board of Directors Meeting: Wednesday 24th 2019
2019 ITTF Annual General Meeting: Official Notice of Business (issued Monday 22nd October)
2019 ITTF Annual General Meeting: Proposition and Resolution Form (deadline date is 23.59 hours (Central European Time) on Monday 21st January 2019.
