Team Asia dominated the Girls’ Doubles final, as their whole team took the court to contest the gold medal.

Staus prevailed as Huang Yinqi and Yumeno Soma took the title over teammates Ryu Hanna and Diya Chitale, winning 3-0 (7, 11, 7). The defensive skills of Soma matched Huang’s counter play perfectly as the duo dominated the court.

In the Boys’ doubles final Feng Yi-Hsin and Niu Guankai over Team Europe’s Csaba Andras and Martin Friis. Despite spectacular rallies, the score line was a one sided 3-0 (7, 11, 7).

In the Mixed Doubles the favourites prevailed with Niu Guankai and Jamila Laurenti taking the title in the unique event as they defeated the Latin America and Asia duo of Diogo Silva and Ryu Hanna.

The winners dropped the opening game, the first and only game the pair dropped in the event.

But the pair were both louder and the more physical on the table than their opponents. Despite duo being a random pair, they seemed l no clumsy collisions, a perfectly synchronised pair

The Chinese and Italian duo won the match 2-1 (-11, 7, 6).
