ITTF Handbook 2012 / 2013 Index Description 5.16  STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS   5.16.00  No action may be commenced under these Anti-Doping Rules against an Athlete or other Person for a violation of an anti-doping rule contained in these Anti-Doping Rules unless such action is commenced within eight years from the date the violation occurred.
