BOARD OF DIRECTORS |
| 1.08.01 |
The agenda for a Board meeting shall be sent to all its members not later than 1 calendar month before the date of the meeting. |
| 1.08.02 |
At its meeting the Board shall review all propositions and resolutions submitted to the Board and, where appropriate, refer them for consideration by Committees. |
| 1.08.03 |
The Chairman at a Board meeting shall be the President, or, in his absence, the Deputy President; if both are absent the members present shall elect one of their members as Chairman for that meeting. |
| 1.08.04 |
Every question at a Board meeting shall be decided by a simple majority of the votes cast; if there is an equality of votes the Chairman shall have a casting vote. |
| 1.08.05 |
Voting shall be by a show of hands, a roll call or a ballot, as decided by the meeting on a proposition by the Chairman. |
| 1.08.06 |
The ITTF shall pay a proportion of the travel costs of its members attending Board meetings, the proportion being decided from time to time by the Executive Committee. |
| 1.08.07 |
The proposer of a proposition or resolution is invited to speak in the same way as indicated for the General Meeting under 1.19.4.2. |
