DISSOLUTION |
| 1.23.01 |
The ITTF shall not be dissolved other than at a General Meeting specially convened for the purpose. |
| 1.23.02 |
The balance of funds in hand at the time of dissolution shall be divided equally among the Associations not at that time in arrears (1.16.3.3). |
