CHANGES TO RULES |
| 1.20.01 |
Rule change propositions and resolutions may be submitted to the AGM or the Board by Associations, the Executive Committee, the Executive Board, Continental Federations, Committees and Commissions and to the AGM by the Board. |
| 1.20.02 |
Rule change propositions to be considered at an AGM or a Board meeting must reach the Secretariat not later than 3 months before the date of the meeting. |
| 1.20.03 |
Amendments to the Constitution and the Laws of Table Tennis shall be made only at a General Meeting; amendments to other Regulations shall be made only at a meeting of the Board held immediately after the AGM. |
| 1.20.04 |
Details of all rule change proposals shall be published in the agenda of the meeting at which they are to be considered. |
| 1.20.05 |
Unless specifically decided otherwise changes shall take effect from the first day of the next playing season, which in the northern hemisphere shall be 1st September, except that |
| 1.20.05.01 |
changes affecting finance shall take effect from the first day of the next ITTF financial year; |
| 1.20.05.02 |
changes affecting equipment shall take effect from 1st September in the year following the year in which the change is made. |
