International Umpires Invitation for GAC GROUP 2012 ITTF World Tour Russian Open

The Table Tennis Federation of Russia invites 16 International Umpires to officiate at the GAC GROUP 2012 ITTF World Tour Russian Open.

National associations are requested to make not more than two nominations for the tournament, which will be staged from Wednesday 12th to Sunday 16th September in Ekaterinburg.

It is an open invitation and therefore not all nominations may be accepted. Furthermore, only nominations from national governing bodies will be accepted. Blue Badge umpires, Blue Badge candidates, and White Badge umpires are welcome.

During the Tournament, evaluation of umpires will be performed.

Transport
Transportation from Koltsovo Airport in Ekaterinburg to the nominated hotel and return will be provided.

Hospitality
Hospitality commences with dinner on Tuesday 11th September and concludes with breakfast on Monday 17th September. A daily allowance of Euros 15.00 per person per day will be paid.

Deadline Date
The closing date for nominations is Monday 23rd July 2012.

Visa Requests
Any prospective umpire who requires a visa to enter Russia should enclose a copy of their passport along with a completed nomination form
