Happy New Year! The Year of the Dragon and it is considered the luckiest year in the 12 year cycle of animals in the Chinese Zodiac.
The year officially commenced on Monday 23rd January 2012 and concludes on Saturday 9th February 2013.
Dates to note and of course during the Year of Dragon there are very important dates; especially those regarding the Liebherr World Team Championships, now only some two months away.
Note: the deadline date to for national associations to submit online entries is Wednesday, 25th January 2012.
No Additional Entries After this date no additional entries will be allowed for delegations, only changes or cancellations are accepted. Modifications may be completed on-line until Thursday 1st March 2012 which is the date to submit travel and accommodation details.
After Thursday 1st March 2012, the on-line entry system will be closed.
Visa for Germany Anyone requiring a visa to enter Germany, the official invitation letter will be issued by the organisers soon as the final entry has been correctly submitted; the visa will be granted free of charge for all participants.
The Visa application deadline is Wednesday 1st February 2012, the visa interview deadline is Wednesday 29th February 2012
Draw for Championship Division Meanwhile, the draw for the Championship Division, Division Two and Division three will be made the Westfalenhallen in Dortmund on Wednesday 22nd February 2012 at 2.00pm.
The draw for Division Four and if necessary Division Five the draw will be conducted at 11.00am on Friday 23rd March 2012.
