World Ranking System and World Ranking Policy for 2011

The ITTF Competition Department, responsible for the ranking functions, has released the official documents for the ITTF World Ranking System effective as and from Saturday 1st January 2011.
There is no major change compared to the ranking system of last year; however, special attention should be paid to the Calendar and World Ranking inclusion policy approved in December 2010 by the ITTF Executive Committee in line with the ITTF Event Type Classification.
