7. System of Play:
a. Singles Events:
All the matches shall be played best of 7
games on knock out system in the main tournament and on the round robin system in the qualifying rounds.
b.
Doubles Events:
All the matches shall be played best of 7
games on knock out system in the main tournament. The system of play for the qualifying
rounds shall be decided according to the number of entries and shall be played
best of 5 games

9. Accommodation:
a) Hotel
Grand Continental (4*) – inclusive of breakfast, lunch and dinner
- USD$ 70 per person per day in Twin Bed Room
- USD$ 85 per person per day in Single Bed
Room
(The official hotel
for the tournament, Hotel Grand Continental is situated directly opposite the
competition venue. It takes 10 minutes on foot or 6 minutes by car from the
hotel to the venue and is approximately 35 kilometers from the Senai
International Airport. All rooms are equipped with bathroom, telephone and
television. The practice hall will be located in the same hotel. Transport will
be provided free of charge from the
Senai airport and between hotel/venue)
b) Hotel
Puteri Pan Pacific (5*) – inclusive of breakfast, lunch and dinner
- USD$ 105 per person per day in Twin Bed Room
- USD$ 135 per person per day in Single Bed
Room
(Hotel Puteri Pan
Pacific is a 5 star hotel. It is located about 4 kilometers from the venue
and takes 15 min. by car to the venue.
Transportation will be provided free of charge from the Senai airpot and
between hotel/venue).
Accommodation costs are to be paid to the Organiser in
cash on the spot or by bank transfer to:

10. Cancellation:
For late cancellations (after 20th September 2003), participants will be
charged USD$50.00 per
person per day.
11. Arrival:
There are 4 entry
points to come to Johor Bharu, Johor, malaysia.
a. Sultan ismail International Airport
(Senai) Johor,Malaysia - 25 km from the venue. We would like to
recommend this entry point to all. However, due to lack of connecting flights, you may require to
connect your flight at KLIA to reach here.
b. Johor Causeway - 4 km from the venue.
You can use this entry point if you use the Singapore Changi airport and then
by taxi or other public transport to the venue.
c. Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) -
approximately 350 km from the venue.
d. Singapore Changi Airport (Changi) - approximately 45 km from the venue.
All participants are requested to provide
the Organising Committee their
flight arrangements
in
time in order to help meeting them at the designated entry point.
12. Transport:
Free transport
service will be provided from the Senai Airport and Johor Causeway to the hotel
on day of arrival and departure.
Should you
intend to use other entry points, there will be charges as follow:
a. Kuala Lumpur International Airport
(KLIA) - RM 500 per person per trip
b. Singapore Changi Airport (Changi) - Rm 250 per person per trip

Entry fee of US$100 per person will be charged for those players, officials and
