  • Player Behavior: Player objects to an umpire’s decision on a point of fact – Net serve, Fault serve, Edge, Side, Let, Time, or any matter within the jurisdiction of the Umpire or Assistant Umpire and requests an appeal to the Referee.
  • Umpire action: The Referee cannot overturn the outcome of a rally based on a point of fact or decisions made by the Umpire or Assistant Umpire within their jurisdiction. Play must continue.
