2.6.4-60 Racket Goes Below Table
Loop Mute Normal Slow X-Slow	Service rule: 2.6.4.1 From the start of service until it is struck, the ball shall be above the level of the playing surface and behind the server's end line; Player action: After the start of the serve, the racket went below the surface of the table. Umpire action: None - proper service action. It is no longer required for the racket to stay above the service of the table.
