2.6.4-20 Ball Struck Behind Endline Arm Over Table
Loop Mute Normal Slow X-Slow	Service rule: 2.6.4 From the start of service until it is struck, the ball shall be above the level of the playing surface and behind the server's end line; Player action: The ball in the free hand started behind the end line. Please note that the arm is over the table - that is acceptable. Umpire action: None - proper service action.
