Service rule: 2.6.4 From the start of service until it is struck, the ball shall be above the level of the playing surface; Player action: The ball in the free hand started over the level of the playing surface - however, during service, the ball went under the level of the playing surface Umpire action: Fault serve. Advise player that the ball must stay above the level of the playing surface until the ball is struck.
